Franklin Township Residents Directory is a privately run reference to public rolls, record indexes, and historical directory collections connected with Franklin Township, Ohio. It does not host government records and has no connection with a public office, court, or record custodian.
2. Permitted Use
Use the service only for lawful purposes. You may not use it, or information reached through it, to:
- Stalk, harass, intimidate, threaten, or harm any person
- Locate a person protected by a restraining or protective order
- Commit identity theft or fraud
- Make an FCRA-regulated decision involving credit, employment, housing, insurance, or another regulated use
- Scrape, copy, or republish the site's content at scale
- Interfere with the site's operation or security
3. No Consumer Reporting Agency
This service is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 U.S.C. ยง 1681 et seq. Nothing published here, or returned by a linked search tool, is a consumer report. Government portals, sponsored search tools, and other external services have separate terms and privacy practices. We do not control their content, availability, fees, or treatment of data.
5. No Warranty
The service is offered "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind. We do not promise that material is complete, current, or accurate, or that an external portal will operate or return a correct result.
6. Liability Limits
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages resulting from use of this service or a linked resource, including decisions based on a record reached through it.
7. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold the service operators harmless from a claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from misuse of the service or violation of these terms.
8. Site Content
The service's original text, design, logo, and layout are protected by copyright. Linking to a page or quoting a short attributed excerpt is permitted, but full-page republication or systematic copying is not.

We may revise these terms by posting an updated version here. Using the service after that posting constitutes acceptance.
